Job Scope

Assist the supervisor on receiving incoming packed mattresses for delivery to the client/ wards in the hospitals.
Assist the milk run drivers on loading and unloading of mattresses from the vehicles, with assigned supervisor on ground to supervise the entire process.
Assist the supervisor on organizing and transferring of all soiled mattresses to the correct location for milk run collection, ensuring clean/ soiled mattresses is clearly segregated.
Assist the supervisor on all installations and terminations (collections) of air pressure and hospital foam mattresses.
Follow strict compliant to soiled/ clean segregation within the hospital.
Remain compliant and do not disseminate patient’s information (i.e., NRIC, address, etc.) under the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
Remain compliant to hospital PPE and hygiene procedures.
Update the supervisor on all installation and termination reports daily.
Updates the supervisor on all equipment buffer and excess daily for assets management purposes.
Report breaches of safety to the supervisor immediately.
Takes up tasks and assignments as and when assigned by the supervisor/ operations manager.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience.
Position available for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
Qualification: Primary/Secondary School/O Level.
Job Type: Full-Time.

Job Scope

Reporting to the CEO and lead business development for the Company and conduct sales for the Company’s products and services.
Lead a team of sales and clinical professionals in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to meet and exceed sales targets.
Able to assess demand for products in product offering and prioritise products accordingly. Able to design and orchestrate programmatic sales campaigns and execute well.
Able to coach and support sales team on cadence, discipline, and effective tactics.
Identify new products and services for the company.
Identify and strike deals with channel partners for the company’s products and services.
Work with sister company in China for joint sales, joint development and mutual learning opportunities.

Requirements

At least 5 years of experience directly selling equipment or providing services in one or more of the following areas in a large clinical environment: Rehabiliative Care, Sports Science, Sports Medicine, Geriatic or Orthopedic practice.
Success in leading and managing a team of sales professional of at least 10 persons.
Familiarity with “digital health” and how digital experience can enhance health outcomes.
Familiarity with CRMs to manage sales people and opportunities.
Experience dealing with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
Entreprenural streak in identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
Experience in managing business relationships with Mainland Chinese partners.
At least 10 years of working experience.
