We are looking for an experienced, highly motivated and well-connected individual to help us capitalise on the trends of a rapidly aging society and the need to raise productivity and outcomes in the healthcare sector.

Job Scope

  • Reporting to the CEO and lead business development for the Company and conduct sales for the Company’s products and services.
  • Lead a team of sales and clinical professionals in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Able to assess demand for products in product offering and prioritise products accordingly. Able to design and orchestrate programmatic sales campaigns and execute well.
  • Able to coach and support sales team on cadence, discipline, and effective tactics.
  • Identify new products and services for the company.
  • Identify and strike deals with channel partners for the company’s products and services.
  • Work with sister company in China for joint sales, joint development and mutual learning opportunities.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience directly selling equipment or providing services in one or more of the following areas in a large clinical environment: Rehabiliative Care, Sports Science, Sports Medicine, Geriatic or Orthopedic practice.
  • Success in leading and managing a team of sales professional of at least 10 persons.
  • Familiarity with “digital health” and how digital experience can enhance health outcomes.
  • Familiarity with CRMs to manage sales people and opportunities.
  • Experience dealing with healthcare professionals and hospital administrators.
  • Entreprenural streak in identifying and capitalising on new opportunities.
  • Experience in managing business relationships with Mainland Chinese partners.
  • At least 10 years of working experience.
