Assessment Video System +

Healthcare Video Systems’ AVS+ is an all-in-one platform for managing healthcare simulation centres, from session planning and room scheduling to recording, assessment and debriefing. The system allows educators to centrally manage simulation rooms, control rooms and debriefing areas while organising learner information, scenarios, checklists and evaluation forms. It can manage up to nine simultaneous audio and video streams per room with 4K image quality, high-fidelity sound and zero latency.

AVS+ provides dedicated tools for tagging important moments, annotating recordings and exporting selected footage or session data for further review. Educators can analyse individual sessions, learner performance or progress across an entire curriculum. With configurable user permissions, integrated room scheduling, remote access and cloud or on-premises deployment options, AVS+ can be adapted to the operational and security requirements of different institutions.

Benefits of AVS+:

  • Centralised Centre Management: Manages multiple simulation rooms, debriefing spaces, users and schedules through one interface
  • High-Quality Recording: Supports up to nine simultaneous 4K audio and video streams per room with zero latency
  • Integrated Assessment Tools: Enables the creation of scenarios, checklists, evaluation forms, tags and annotations
  • Learner Performance Tracking: Organises assessment results by learner, session or curriculum for detailed follow-up
  • Flexible System Deployment: Available as a cloud-based or on-premises solution with customisable features
  • Controlled User Access: Provides separate permission levels for administrators, trainers and learners
