VAST.Rehab

h/p/cosmos VAST.Rehab is an interactive virtual reality training solution that transforms treadmill exercise into engaging dual-task sessions. A high-resolution camera tracks the user’s movements while an on-screen avatar responds in real time. During standing, walking or running, users complete interactive activities involving upper-limb movements, body positioning, postural control and cognitive tasks, encouraging full-body participation beyond conventional treadmill training.

The software includes separate therapist and patient panels. Therapists can create patient profiles, assign exercises, personalise training targets and adjust parameters such as difficulty, duration and range of motion. The patient panel displays the selected games and results on a large screen positioned in front of the treadmill. With more than 30 interactive activities and tools for evaluation, feedback and documentation, VAST.Rehab supports individually structured training across different rehabilitation domains.

pluto®

The h/p/cosmos pluto® is a durable running machine developed for professional sports and fitness applications. Its sturdy frame, smooth running characteristics and powerful drive system provide a reliable platform for regular training and performance-focused exercise. The standard model features a 150 cm by 50 cm running surface, a speed range of up to 18 km/h and motorised elevation of up to 20 per cent.

The treadmill can be adapted with optional speed and elevation configurations, including a maximum speed of up to 22 km/h and extended incline or decline capabilities. Its digital interface supports connection to compatible software and external systems through the h/p/cosmos coscom® protocol. A range of optional accessories can also be selected according to the intended training environment. The pluto® model is classified as a sports and fitness device and is not intended for medical or therapeutic applications.

pulsar 3p

The h/p/cosmos pulsar® 3p features above all a 3-phase power connection with 3 x 400 volts AC in addition to the larger running surface of 190 x 65 cm (74.8 x 25.59“) and the built-in reverse belt rotation for downhill training.

Diagnostics for heavier athletes and many special applications are therefore possible.

As part of sprint and speed tests speeds of up to 40 km/h (standard, optional 45 km/h ~ 28 mph ) are possible.

Here it is all about the speed stability and not just the speed of the belt.

The h/p/cosmos mercury® med treadmill system for rehabilitation comes with a running surface of L: 150 cm (59.05“) x W: 50 cm (19.68“) which meets the standards for many applications.

For special demands larger deck size treadmill models like the h/p/cosmos quasar® med, the high performance treadmill h/p/cosmos pulsar® 3p or special h/p/cosmos locomotion 150/50 de med treadmill with incorporated therapist seats and adjustable handrails are available.

Custom-made models designed for higher body weights and for special applications are manufactured by h/p/cosmos®.
