ROBERT®

ROBERT® represents a dual device capable of training both the lower and upper limbs, offering patients the opportunity of receiving robotic training at the bedside, as well as training in a large rehabilitation facility.

Through individualised treatment, ROBERT® makes it possible to start training at an early stage, intensifying and accelerating the rehabilitation process. The robot’s primary objective is to assist therapists in providing intensive functional training and active mobilisation to patients, while reducing the workload and risk of injuries for the medical staff.

Main Features:

  • Dual device for both lower and upper limb training, usable at the bedside or in large rehabilitation facilities.
  • Modular design with optional Upper Extremity Module and EMG-triggered FES module.
  • Very fast setup workflow, “plug, attach, record, play”, ready in about 3 minutes.
  • Multiple training modes: active-resistive, active-assistive, and passive mobilisation.
  • Robotic arm provides complete freedom of movement for customised, goal-oriented treatment.
  • Upper Extremity Module simulates ADL and complex movements, supporting seated and lying exercises.
  • Supports improved patient self-sufficiency and potential day-care cost savings as functionality improves.
