AlterG NEO+

The AlterG NEO+ Anti-Gravity Treadmill is an advanced rehabilitation and performance system that uses patented Differential Air Pressure technology to reduce the user’s effective body weight. It provides up to 80 per cent body-weight unloading, adjustable in precise one per cent increments. This allows clinicians to progressively manage lower-limb loading during gait retraining, neurological rehabilitation, post-injury recovery and return-to-sport conditioning.

The AlterG NEO+ includes an intuitive touchscreen, AlterG Assistant and live video monitoring to support session setup and provide users with real-time visual feedback on their walking or running pattern. It offers speeds of up to 19 km/h and incline adjustment from zero to 15 per cent, with optional gait analytics available for further assessment of step length, stance time and symmetry.
